Things to Know Before Booking

    - Additional time can be added prior to the day of the event for $0.00

    - Balloon Garland $200.00

  • Year-Round Operations

    - Outdoor setups (APRIL-OCTOBER) *Subject to weather conditions

    - Indoor setups (JAN-DEC)

Proper Equipment and Installation

Every set up is performed by our trained professionals who ensure everything meets our safety standards. 

We use high quality and proper equipment to secure that every bounce house and Soft play set is properly installed.

Weather Conditions

In the event that weather or wind conditions pose a safety risk to the use of our inflatables or soft play set, we proactively communicate with our clients to discuss available options.

We offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies to accommodate unsafe weather conditions, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all parties involved.

Cleaning and Repairs

After each use, we perform a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process, followed by a detailed inspection to identify and address any necessary repairs. This ensures that all of our inflatables are properly maintained, safe, and hygienic for continued use.

Commercial Liability insurance

We are fully covered by commercial liability insurance, ensuring that both our team and your guests are protected during every event. Our insurance helps safeguard against any unforeseen incidents, giving you the confidence that safety is our top priority.
